Info & included services

The South Tyrol Guest Pass for free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol is included during your stay.

Local tax

A local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol since 1 January 2014.
The local tax is charged per guest and overnight stay by the accommodation providers.

• 2.00 euros per person/overnight stay.
• Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

The revenue from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events.

Cancellation

You can cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival (the deposit will be retained!). Within the last 28 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

If the guest cancels, the deposit will be retained. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Pick-up service

If you are travelling by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up from the nearest train or bus station.

Arrival/Departure

The holiday flats are ready for occupancy from 15.00 on the day of arrival. We ask you to let us know by telephone if you are arriving after 6 pm. Please vacate your flat by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Bathroom

You will find a hairdryer in the cupboard next to the washbasin. Towels are provided. If you need fresh towels again, just let us know.

Payment

The flat is reserved with a deposit of 300 euros. Cash payments on site can only be accepted up to 2,999.00 euros. Otherwise we ask for a bank transfer in advance. Payments with credit or EC cards are possible.

Shopping

Our flats are located directly in the pedestrianised area of Kaltern. The shops invite you to shop and you will find everything for your daily needs as well as nice cafés, restaurants and wine bars.

Bicycles

A men's and a women's mountain bike are available to our guests free of charge, as well as two e-bikes. We also have a lockable bike room with space for up to 6 bikes.

Television

All rooms have a television with satellite connection. The channels are already set for you.

Breakfast basket/roll service

In the morning you can order a breakfast basket with our own products such as fruit spreads, apple juice, syrups (elderberry, mint-melissa), fresh eggs, cakes, fruit (depending on the season), bread and South Tyrolean products such as ham, bacon, cheese, yoghurt, muesli, milk, honey, coffee or tea.
Please order by 5 pm the day before at the latest.
Price per person: 25 euros
Please also order bread service by 5 pm.

Garage

Our guests have one garage parking space per flat at their disposal. They are already included in the price.

Pets

Please note: We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Exception: Vernatsch holiday flat
Max. 1 dog, € 10.00 surcharge per day in the Vernatsch holiday flat.
Dog owners dispose of their dog's droppings themselves. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area. The dog owner is liable for any damage caused.

All flats are non-smoking flats.

Farm products

In the entrance area of the main building you will find a selection of our farm products available for purchase:

• Apple juice
• Fruit spreads: Raspberry, strawberry, quince, apricot
• Syrups: elderflower, mint-lime, mint-melissa
• Herbal salt
• Tomato sauce

Children

We are happy to provide a cot, high chair and crockery for your children on request. In our garden you will find a swing, sandpit, slide and spring seesaw.

Herb garden

You will find well-known herbs such as mint, basil, rosemary, lemon balm, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf, hyssop, sage, lavender, marigold and oregano, as well as herbs you may not yet know.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped. We have already provided you with the first dishwasher tabs in the cupboard. Please only put your crockery back in the cupboards when it has been washed and dried. If you are missing anything, please contact us. You will find 10 tabs for the espresso machine (for a fee) in your flat. If you still need some, please contact us. You will find cleaning products and accessories in the cupboard in the living room.

Sunbathing lawn

The garden and sunbathing lawn are available to our guests. Deckchairs are provided.

Fruit and vegetable garden

Taste our various fruits (depending on ripeness) (strawberries, raspberries, apricots, peaches, plums, apples, tomatoes) and smell the herbs and spices that we grow there, of course you can also pick and cut some and use them for savouring, cooking and seasoning.

Cleaning

Should you require intermediate cleaning, please contact us. Our cleaner will be happy to help you (for a fee).

Safe

There is a safe in the bedroom wardrobe. The operating instructions are located next to the safe. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for loss of or damage to the tenant's property.

Bedroom

The beds are made. Additional blankets and pillows are available on request.

Swimming pool - barrel sauna - whirlpool

Opening hours can be found in our farm folder. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April to the beginning of November. Times may vary depending on the weather. The owners reserve the right to decide this at short notice.

Animals on the farm

On our farm you will find our Australian Shepherds Hugo and Baudl, our rabbits, chickens and beehives.

Laundry

Washing machine, tumble dryer with ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room (in the basement). (subject to a charge)

W-Lan

Free W-LAN in all flats

Payment

We are happy to accept payment in cash. Of course, all major EC and credit cards are also accepted.

Additional towel and bed linen change

For long-term travellers (2 weeks) we offer a free change of towels and bed linen.
